A Guide to Sending in Your Photographs
It is very important to send us your passport photographs in the
correct format, so that a Student ID Card can be
created for you. You will not be able to access our campus or any
of the campus facilities without an ID card.
It is our preference that passport photographs are sent to us in
colour jpg/jpeg format. Please use the following
guidelines:
- In colour, not
black and white
- Taken within the
last month
- Taken against a
plain light grey or plain cream background
- Approximately 45
millimetres (mm) high x 35 millimetres (mm) wide (however, please
do not trim or crop your photographs to meet this condition)
- Taken with your
eyes open and clearly visible (with no sunglasses or tinted
glasses, and no hair across your eyes)
- Of you facing
forward, looking straight at the camera;
taken of the full head, without any covering, unless it is worn for
religious beliefs or medical reasons; and taken with nothing
covering your face
