How To Pay

Fees can be paid by:

  • Cheque

Cheques

  • Cheques should be made payable to: Regent's College
  • Payment should be sent to: The Academic Registry, School of Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology at Regent's College, Inner Circle, Regent's Park, London NW1 4NS.
  • All cheques should be in pounds sterling.
  • An amount of GBP £15, to cover bank charges, should be added to the invoice total where payment is made by sterling cheques from a non-UK bank.

Credit Card

Should you wish to pay by credit card, please note that a 3% surcharge will be added to the cost of tuition fees. There is no surcharge for any other fees, or for payment by debit card

If you would prefer to pay in person, the Finance Office is open from 11am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. The Office is located in the Herringham Building, telephone +44 (0) 20 7487 7639, fax +44 (0) 20 7487 7425.

Terms and Conditions

  • Application Fees are payable when submitting an application form.
  • Registration Fees are payable upon acceptance of an offered place on the programme.
  • The academic year runs from October to September.
  • Fees will increase at the start of each academic year approximately in line with inflation.
  • The School issues invoices in advance of the commencement of term. However, payment is not dependent upon the receipt of an invoice.
  • Tuition Fees are payable per term before the start of each term or by the first day of term at the latest. Failure to do so will result in a late payment fee of £50 being charged in addition to the Tuition Fee.
  • Any student who has not paid the Tuition Fee and late payment fee by the second week of term will be dis-enrolled.
  • Students whose personal circumstances change, after commencing their course, in a sudden and material way, so that, through no fault of their own, they cannot comply with these regulations, must contact the Registrar without delay to discuss the problem and submit satisfactory documentary evidence to support their case.
  • Application Fees, deposits, Registration Fees and Tuition Fees are non-refundable.
  • The School reserves the right to alter fees without notice.
  • Fees can be paid by cheque, credit card (VISA or Mastercard) or debit card.
  • We do not accept cash.
