Alternative Dispute Resolution

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is a process where a trained independent professional who has undertaken special mediation training, (Mediator) assists in the resolution of conflicts between parties. 

The publicly searchable mediator database lets you find an Accredited Mediator that best matches your required area of expertise,whether in law or other areas, and from particular regions of the country. 

The accredited mediator operates contains only on information held on the database.  So that, for example, if there is no mediator practising in Cumbria on our database, then Cumbria will not appear as a search option under the "Location of Mediator Practice".

How To Use The Mediation Database

Please choose from the search options and drop down menu items to assist you finding the appropriate Mediator. You can use a single search field, or a combination of search criteria.
