Alternative Dispute Resolution
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is
a process where a trained independent professional who
has undertaken special mediation
training, (Mediator) assists in the resolution of
conflicts between parties.
The publicly searchable mediator database lets
you find an Accredited Mediator that
best matches your required area of expertise, whether in law or
other areas, and from particular regions of the
country.
The accredited mediator operates contains only on
information held on the database. So that, for example,
if there is no mediator practising in Cumbria on our database, then
Cumbria will not appear as a search option under the "Location of
Mediator Practice".
