Mediation Database Disclaimer
The mediators on our database are all
currently accredited by the SPCP and have registered with us,
asking for their names and other details to be stored and
publicly visible via the Internet.
The information held on the database is
supplied by the mediator themselves and is self-certified, and
updated on an approximate bi-annual basis. Whereas we try to ensure
that all such information is accurate, we cannot verify all details
supplied by the mediator.
The SPCP therefore does not accept
responsibility for any inaccuracy in the information provided. Nor
does the display of any mediator’s details constitute a
representation or warranty as to the ability or suitability of the
mediator, and it may be advisable to take all such appropriate
steps as may be necessary in any particular circumstance to verify
the information, and to establish for yourself the ability or
suitability of any selection made.
