Biography

Caroline Yeldon is a Psychotherapist, Supervisor and accredited Mediator. She has been a Visiting Lecturer in the School of Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology since 2005 and works on the Foundation, MA and ADIP programmes. Caroline’s academic work at Regent’s College is complimented by her clinical work within an NHS secondary care setting and private practice.  Her Integrative approach combines a foundation of Psychoanalytic and Object Relations thinking and practice with Humanistic and Existential principles and understanding, and the experience of life and what it is to be human.

Previous experience in the fields of Education, Mental Health Advocacy, Citizen’s Advice Bureau Advice work, training  and mentoring has allowed Caroline to work with a wide variety of people including the long term unemployed, those with a forensic history, learning difficulties, and enduring mental illness. 

Current clinical work includes areas such as mood disorders, personality disorders, perinatal psychotherapy, addiction, and self harm.
