Seeing A Therapist

If you would like to see a therapist....

The Therapy Centre offers a number of different approaches to psychotherapy including existential psychotherapy as well as psychodynamic, humanistic and integrative approaches to therapy.

All our therapists are vetted, qualified and experienced professionals - many are also registered members of one or more of the UKCP, BCP, BACP and BPS and adhere to these organisations ethics and standards.

The therapists can help you to explore a wide range of issues such as:

  • Stress
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Sexual identity
  • Relationship concerns
  • Feelings of isolation
  • Loss of direction
  • Low self-esteem

Initial Therapy Meeting

Your initial meeting with the Director of the centre will enable you to identify the issues that concern you and give you the opportunity to discuss and explore the options offered by the Centre. The initial meeting costs £60.00.

From then on the Centre can offer therapy for a range of fees according to your requirements.

Access to Inner Circle

Access to counselling rooms is by stairs only. If you need your appointment to be in a ground floor, or lift accessible, room please notify Inner Circle staff in advance, so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
